Return/Exchange Policy:
Each Minara Gems product is meticulously handcrafted by skilled artisans in India, making every piece truly one-of-a-kind with slight variations. The stones and pearls we use, being natural, may also show subtle differences, adding to their unique charm. Rest assured, every item passes through rigorous quality checks before it reaches you.
At Minara Gems, we uphold the highest standards of hygiene, and therefore, all sales are final. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate returns or exchanges.
We will accomodate exchanges only if you receive a damaged, tampered, or incorrect item. Please send us an unboxing video within 24 hours of receiving your package to info@minaragems.com, along with your order number, email, name and phone number.
Please be aware that shipping costs are non-refundable. If an order is refunded for any reason, the total shipping cost incurred by us to ship the item is deductible and can vary from $15-$30. If you paid a reduced shipping amount or qualified for free shipping, the shipping amount at actual cost value to us will be deducted from your refund.
Exchange Process:
Once we receive your complaint and unboxing video (uncut version), we'll assess it within 72 working hours.
• If approved, we'll provide a digital shipping label.
• Please pack the item securely, as received, and ship it back to us.
• We'll dispatch the new item after reviewing the returned package.
Exchange Due to Size Issue:
For size-related exchanges, such as rings and bangles, the customer is responsible for shipping charges.
• Contact us to initiate the exchange process, self-ship the item, and share tracking details.
• Once received, we'll discuss shipping charges for sending the correct size.
Cancellation Policy:
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. We honour cancellations if your order hasn't been dispatched.
